Hello! My name is Sam Gallagher and I am a proud member of Digital Scratch Tracks. As a 19 year old beginner producer working full time in from the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN, it was never very easy for me to find musicians in real life to work with. I have had a strong passion for music as long as I can remember, but I knew that if I were to pursue this passion, I would likely have to do most of my learning, growth, and collaboration online. And so I began teaching myself to make music (on FL Studio) from my bedroom, watching tutorial after tutorial on YouTube, as one does.

Over the course of the next couple years, I naturally became involved with many up and coming producers, artists, and everything in between. I became a part of communities, discussions and musical journeys that I feel not only furthered my passions, but also gave me a strong sense of the overall experience of young and talented artists like yourself trying to come up in today’s social-media-centered music scene. Using this experience, in tandem with my production background and my now-formal music education (Bachelor of Science in Music Industry from Minnesota State University, Mankato) I hope to help songwriters, producers, and artists alike to hone and achieve their creative visions.
